What is a Discovery Call?

Before we ask you to commit or pay for one of our programs or services, we want to make sure that we are the right fit. A Discovery Call allows us to get to know each other, briefly discuss your goals and expectations and highlight the program options and dietitian that is best for you. If you are ready, we can get you booked and review the pre-appointment checklist to get the basics and paperwork out of the way so we can focus on you, and your goals, at your first appointment.

What if I would like a service or add on that is not listed as part of your programs?

We are always growing and looking for ways to better serve our client’s needs. If you have suggestions or would to inquire about a service that is not listed, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Can I book a one time appointment?

At CMB we strongly believe that trust and rapport are an integral part of the success of our programs and this is impossible to achieve without the commitment to follow up, from both our side and yours. For this reason, we don’t promote or advise one time appointments for most nutrition issues or goals. Please reach out to us via email or our Contact Us page if you have further questions.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Please contact us to review payment plan options. Prices are discounted for full up front payments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept multiple forms of payment including:

  • credit / debit cards via Square which is a secure system

  • Transfer with your bank via Zelle

  • via PayPal Business

Why do you require card information to be kept on file?

For those electing to use our payment plan options, we require a card to be kept on file in order to charge the agreed upon amounts on the dates outlined in your contract.

Can I use my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account?

Yes! Upfront payment is required though can be reimbursed through your HSA / FSA account. We are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt / invoice that may be required for reimbursement. Some carriers may also provide you with a card that may be accepted through our secure payment system via Square. Please contact your carrier for verification prior to booking.
